I am really enjoying my residency at The Exchange. The complex is very modern and fellow residents are very welcoming. I am very excited to test out the pool, although it is winter time as I am writing this, it’s opened all year! The customization to your apartment is almost limitless too! Thank you to Ester and Jimmy for giving me a warm welcome and for letting this place feel like home 🏡.

I recently moved from another state, and Esther made the entire process absolutely seamless. From start to finish, she guided us through every step with patience, flexibility, and genuine understanding of what we were going through. She handled our documentation quickly and got us approved in no time.
Esther was always responsive — answering my calls and emails right away — and her positive attitude and high level of customer service truly made us feel at home from day one. The next day after moving in, she even checked on us to make sure we were settling in well and didn’t need anything.
Everyone at The Exchange was kind and helpful, including Jimmy, who showed us the apartment, offered us soft drinks, and even provided a discount on our move — which was such a thoughtful gesture. I also met one of the team members who helps prepare the apartments; although I forgot her name, she was incredibly kind and even brought us a delicious dessert as a warm welcome.
The Exchange is a beautiful new property with great pricing, excellent facilities, and amazing views. The atmosphere and weather here make it even more enjoyable. I’m very happy with my new home and deeply grateful to Esther and the entire team for making this transition such a great experience.
