I just want to say how impressed I am with Jamey. - Was early to the job. - Professional and personal. - Worked super hard -- I just saw it. - Dealt with surprises (old cast iron drain nobody knew about, debris in the pipe, a dead AC unit just sitting on the roof, and more). - Took leadership on the job site (directing the roofers to do this-and-that). - Coordinated with Laurie @ LASR (our Association Management partner). - Vacuumed / cleaned up my place before leaving. He is a rock-star!
